Turns out your leggings have a BPA problem

Studies show BPA and PFAS in synthetic activewear can leach through skin during exercise. Microplastics detected in ovarian tissue.

The research is there, just nobody's talking about it.

Regulatory complexity creates a moat. Legacy brands are stuck with existing supply chains and legal exposure.

Built a basic website with a friend and Claude.

Applied for an LLC in the USA through Doola.

Booked a flight to the textile expo in Munich to meet some suppliers and touch garments. We need to work with very specific, advanced materials (merino, tencel, roica).

In mind: establish supply/manufacturing clarity, get samples and be very happy with them, and virally presell 300 non-hormone-disruptive leggings.

Status: Pushing.

So my flight to the textile expo in Munich got cancelled.

The energy isn't at its best these days.

Reminding myself priority is actual garment samples and idea validation (Is the market ready and cares enough?)

After, will navigate smarter.

PUR is materializing

Building an AI-first brand with zero human organization feels completely surreal, but the level of leverage is insane. Claude’s design tool completely delivered on aesthetics.

The new conversion-optimized site is almost ready. It’s just me, yet it feels like I have an entire marketing department at my desk.

Parallel pathing the tech: currently spinning up Gemma locally on my secondary laptop. Local compute is a massive hedge, giving me zero API latency and absolute data privacy for proprietary brand logic. Juggling a heavy stack between cloud and local layers right now, but the pipeline is moving fast.

Massive physical milestone today: received our first fabric samples of Tencel Modal and Roica 550 from Brugnoli. One step closer to the activewear launch. Status: Who is selling me some time?

While I push the envelope on apparel innovation, Amazon FBA remains my absolute bread and butter. Launching a second initiative to scale that exact expertise under a new company called Margin Office.

It is an operations management service tailored strictly for apparel and seasonal brands, the exact sandbox where my hands-on experience actually moves the needle.

Because I am intentionally juggling multiple high-velocity projects right now, the play here is hyper-selective. I am capping this service to a very limited pool of just 1 to 3 brands max depending on size.

Currently finalizing the digital assets and outreach strategy to capture demand fast.
